    Location
    This position is considered remote. Employee is required to have a private, suitable, high speed internet ready home or fixed co-work location. Employer will provide desktop hardware and necessary software to provide job duties.

    Time Commitment
    This is a part-time position with opportunity for a future full-time position. It is estimated commitment range of 10-15 hours per week. Employee is free to allocate hours as desired (days, nights, weekends) so long as responsibilities and deadlines are met.

    Responsibilities
    Perform design and technical tasks on a range of project types and scales as part of a team. Contributes to project success through effective internal and external coordination, creative problem-solving, and diligent task completion.

    Qualifications

    • An undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited landscape architecture program or master’s degree or dual degrees in both landscape architecture and urban design or planning .

    • 1-5+ years of work experience in land planning, landscape architecture, or ski area operations/management.

    • Exceptional AutoCAD, Adobe Suite and digital production skills.

    • Proficiency in graphic communication, analysis, 3D modeling programs(SketchUp, Lumion, etc.) and Adobe Suite.

    • Proficiency in ArcGIS with examples of mapping and analysis, and proven experience with construction documentation.

    • A solid technical foundation (understanding of drawings, grading and basic construction knowledge).

    • A positive attitude and open mind towards involvement on a wide range of project types.

    • Candidates must be self-motivated, take initiative, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and work collaboratively.

    • Willingness to participate in site and project related domestic and international travel may be included based on employee experience and readiness.

    • Experience and/or desire to live, work and play in mountainous environments.

    Compensation
    The salary for this position ranges dependent on experience.
